Terms & Conditions
These are the terms governing use of the ADAS Dispatch platform. They apply to shops, technicians, and anyone else booking or performing work through the platform.

1. Platform Services
ADAS Dispatch is a technology platform that connects vehicle owners, body shops, dealerships, fleet operators, and other customers with independent automotive diagnostic, programming, calibration, and repair professionals. ADAS Dispatch does not employ technicians or perform services unless specifically stated.
2. Independent Technicians
All technicians operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their services, insurance, licensing, certifications, and legal compliance.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Pricing may be estimated or fixed depending on the requested service. Additional work requires customer approval.
4. Payments
Payment is due according to the booking terms. Failure to pay may result in additional fees, collections, suspension of services, or legal action.
5. Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule subject to applicable cancellation fees. Dispatching a technician may result in additional charges.
6. Vehicle Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a safe vehicle and ensuring required parts are properly installed before calibration or programming.
7. No Warranty
ADAS Dispatch does not guarantee every vehicle can be repaired, programmed, or calibrated successfully.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADAS Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use or services arranged through it.
9. Documentation
Technicians may collect photographs, diagnostic reports, calibration reports, and related documentation for quality assurance and recordkeeping.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
11. Intellectual Property
The ADAS Dispatch name, logo, software, and website content are owned by ADAS Dispatch and may not be used without written permission.
12. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
ADAS Dispatch may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

Customer Acknowledgment
I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and understand that ADAS Dispatch is a technology platform connecting customers with independent service providers.
